Is using a "Dummy" document legal for visa applications?
Yes. Most embassies explicitly advise applicants not to purchase full-price, non-refundable tickets until the visa is granted. Our documents are "Proof of Intent"—real reservations held in the airline/insurance systems.
What is the difference between your service and "Free" generators?
Free generators create fake PDFs with made-up codes. Our service creates real reservations in the Global Distribution System (GDS). When an officer checks your PNR, they find a live record.

Flight Itineraries (Dummy Tickets)

How do I verify my flight reservation?
Every ticket comes with a 6-digit PNR. Go to the airline's official website (e.g., Emirates, Lufthansa) and use "Manage Booking" to see your live reservation.
How long does the flight reservation stay valid?
Typically 48 hours to 14 days depending on the airline. We recommend ordering 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Can I actually fly with a dummy ticket?
No. This is a reservation hold. To fly, you would need to pay the full fare. It is strictly for visa and airport proof requirements.

Travel Insurance

Does your insurance meet Schengen Visa requirements?
Yes. Certificates include €30,000 minimum coverage, $0 deductible, and medical repatriation, making them 100% compliant.
Does the insurance cover COVID-19?
Yes. All policies include coverage for COVID-19 and other pandemic-related emergencies as required in 2026.

Hotel Bookings

Is the hotel booking confirmed?
Yes. We provide a confirmed reservation with a valid Booking ID that proves you have accommodation for your stay.

Delivery & Technical

How long does it take to receive my documents?
Most customers receive their PDFs via email in 5-10 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 30 minutes.
What is your refund policy?
Because we pay instant fees to GDS and insurance systems, we cannot offer refunds once issued. If we make a technical error, we fix it or refund immediately.
